Refund Policy

The short version

If you purchased a Seshat plan and want a refund within 14 days of purchase, email us. We will process it without requiring a reason.

Full policy

Seshat offers paid features available through a one-time unlock or a recurring monthly subscription. All transactions are processed by Stripe as merchant-of-record.

14-day refund window: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, no questions asked, regardless of where you are located. For monthly subscriptions, the 14-day window applies to the most recent billing period. To request a refund, email hello@conlangcreator.com with the subject line "Refund request" and include the email address associated with your account. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

Subscription cancellation: You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.

After 14 days: Refunds after the 14-day window are issued at our discretion and only in cases of documented technical failure on our part that prevents access to paid features.

Chargebacks: If you file a chargeback instead of contacting us, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out directly first; we will always make it right within the refund window.
